By purchasing a specially marked pack of Schoc Chocolate you are entering an instant win competition for $1,000 of Schoc Chocolate credit; to be redeemed on any Schoc Chocolate products.

• The prize can be claimed either instore at Schoc Chocolates Greytown or online at www.schoc.co.nz. Once the winner has selected online or instore all credit must be redeemed through the same outlet.
• Employees and immediate family members of Schoc Chocolate are ineligible to enter.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to contact Schoc Chocolate upon finding the golden ticket in a timely manner (before 1 June 2024) to redeem their prize. The winner must present the golden ticket at the time of claiming the prize. This can be shown via a photo.
• The prize must be claimed between 1 June 2023 and 1 June 2024.
• The prize cannot be converted into cash and is non-transferable.
• Neither Schoc Chocolates nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
• It is the claimant’s responsibility to provide the correct name and email address for prize delivery. Prize can be claimed online via a promotion code that will be sent to the winner after proof is shown, or instore.
• Competition is open to NZ residents only. Prizes will only be delivered within New Zealand.
• Schoc Chocolate reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Schoc Chocolate decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
• Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for Schoc Chocolate to use the winner’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
• Only the person(s) awarded the prizes can claim them.
• Participation in the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If the winner does not accept the Terms & Conditions, the prize is forfeited.
