Delivery in New Zealand
At Schoc we go to great lengths to ensure you get the freshest product in the best possible condition. Once dispatched we choose an overnight delivery system via Courier Post and insist all deliveries are signed for.
There is a standard overnight delivery charge of $8.00 per order. All orders over NZ$150.00 are sent free of charge within New Zealand. Please make sure your delivery address is to an address where the order will be physically received and signed for.
We try to dispatch orders the same day if received before 12 midday Mon-Wed however if an item is out of stock we will be making it so this could delay the dispatch date.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday upon confirmation of payment to guarantee delivery by Friday that week. If your requirement sits outside this (in other words a Thursday dispatch for Friday delivery) please contact us on 06 304 8960 during trading hours.
Delivery for other countries
With the current Covid climate, there are fewer flights leaving New Zealand, so delivery may take longer than expected.
International orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday. Standard Delivery charge to Australia is NZ$25.00 and rest of the world is Minimum NZ$60.00 (USA, Europe, Uk etc), allow up to 10 working days for delivery. So fill up your basket to make the postage worthwhile.
Every care is taken to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, we are unable to guarantee this once the order leaves NZ, so it becomes your risk. Please make sure your delivery address is to an address where the order will be physically received and signed for
Prices are stated throughout the site as being in New Zealand Dollars and these are subject to change without notice. Please note we take Visa, Mastercard and Diners.' Credit Card data will be handled by the online payment gateway provider - DPS.'
If your delivery has been damaged in transit or our product is faulty please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com or phoning 06 304 8960 within trading hours, so we can provide an appropriate solution.
We will replace or refund your purchase in full by either sending a replacement order or crediting your credit card.
Returned items must be sent within 4 days of receiving them and include your reason for return. Should a refund be provided, it will be actioned within 7 days. Note: we are not responsible for the postage cost of the returned items, unless the product is deemed faulty.
